So if you haven't heard by now, yesterday we received our referral!! I know, crazy, huh?? We were not expecting it at all. We knew that our dossier would be reviewed on Friday and we would be put on a waiting list. We never really made that list. Our caseworker called and told us the dossier looked good and we have a girl for you. Shock, panic and all of the above overcame us. We spent about a half-hour discussing all the info on this child. She is about four-years-old, healthy as far as can be seen, happy and as cute as a button. Most importantly, she needs a family and we signed up for the adventure. Just wanted to share that bit of news with you. As of now we have every intention on accepting her. If anything changes we will let you know. No photos will be posted on this blog until everything is official.
